How to add Language in Computer through Control Panel Option

 These are the following step to add language in computer through control panel

Step # 1 Go to Start Menu + Control Panel

Step # 2 

Select Region and language option in control panel 

 Step # 3 & 4 

Click on Select Keyboard and Language at top of the sub-window as highlight in red color and select Change keyboard in next step after click on keyboard and language 

Step # 5

After this new window rise and click on Add button and then select Urdu (Islamic Republic of Pakistan) 

Step # 6 (Final Step)

In the end Select your desire language (urdu) then Ok and Apply + Ok
