How do I do a Mailing Option in MS Word

Mailing Option you can Merge, you can easily customize form letters for individual recipients. 

                                    

STEPS

 Go to Ribbon (Mailing ) +Start Merge Mail + Letter +

Select Recipient + type a New list 



Customize column + Delete all field one by one
 add field as you want 

Write entries as much as you need + Ok and save file

Goto Mailing + Insert merge field in their concern cell 
after this click on Preview 
Finish and merge field + edit in individual documents 
then click on All + ok
