1.    Step 1: First we select data which we want to transpose data (Rows into Columns and Columns in Rows)

2.    Step 2: Type Copy Data (Ctrl+C) Click on Cell where you want to apply transpose data

Step 3: Go to Ribbon (Home) + Clipboard Tab+ Paste + Paste Special (Ctrl + Alt + V) + then check on Transpose Option
